Little Voices Lab provides a parent-guided mobile application designed to support short, calm speech and language practice moments at home. We are committed to protecting the privacy of parents, guardians, and the children whose information they manage inside the app.PARENT-DIRECTED SERVICELittle Voices Lab is designed for use by parents and legal guardians. Children do not create accounts, do not log in, and do not submit information directly. All child information is entered and controlled by a parent or guardian.INFORMATION WE COLLECTParent / Guardian Account Information:
We may collect your email address, optional display name, authentication provider information, and account timestamps.Child Profile Information (entered by a parent/guardian):
May include first name or nickname, age or age range, preferences, and selected activities.Practice & Progress Data:
We store practice session history, activity categories practiced, participation records, timestamps, and durations. The app does not produce medical or diagnostic scores.Notes and Journal Entries:
If you use Notes or Journal features, we store the content, timestamps, and author account. Entries are private by default and shared only if you choose to share them with a Care Team member.Care Team Information:
If you invite another guardian, we store the invited email address, membership records, roles, and invite timing. You can remove Care Team access at any time.Feedback Messages:
If you send feedback or support messages, we store the message content, optional email, and timestamp.HOW WE USE INFORMATIONWe use information only to operate the app, save and sync progress, enable cross-device access, support optional Care Team sharing, provide export and reset tools, respond to support requests, and maintain security and reliability. We do not use child data for advertising or profiling.HOW INFORMATION IS SHAREDCare Team Sharing (user-controlled):
Invited guardians can see child progress and only the notes or journal entries you mark as shared.Service Infrastructure Providers:
We use secure hosting and infrastructure providers that are required to protect data and use it only to operate the service.Legal Requirements:
We may disclose information if required by law.CHILDREN’S PRIVACYWe collect information about children only as provided by parents or guardians. We do not allow child accounts, do not show advertising, do not sell personal data, and do not use behavioral tracking.DATA STORAGE & SECURITYWe use reasonable safeguards including authenticated access, permission controls, secure token handling, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and server-side access enforcement.DATA RETENTIONWe retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app. Users can delete data at any time using in-app Data Management tools or by contacting support.YOUR DATA CONTROLSInside the app you can export data, restore data, reset child profiles, and reset all data. Resetting all data deletes stored records associated with your account. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected].NO ADVERTISING OR THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICSLittle Voices Lab does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking analytics, or data selling.EXTERNAL LINKSLegal documents may open in your browser when selected.POLICY CHANGESWe may update this policy periodically. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical concerns.WHO MAY USE THE APPThe app is for parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers. Children may not create accounts or use the app independently.ACCOUNTSYou agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and prevent unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.CHILD PROFILES & ENTERED INFORMATIONYou are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of child information you enter and confirm you are authorized to provide it.CARE TEAM SHARINGIf you invite another guardian, you choose what is shared and may remove access at any time. You are responsible for who you invite.ACCEPTABLE USEYou agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, or disrupt service operation. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYApp content and materials are protected by law and provided for personal family use only.
